Welcome to The Art of Stability Book Cohort.
  • You will find a short video in this welcome section and one for all 6 weeks of the cohort along with on in conclusion. Please take time to watch each of the videos (they are required if you are in the alternative track with only one meeting).
  • You will also find links to study questions. These are helpful for all but strongly suggested for those doing the alternative track.
